The U.S. Department of State will be hosting its 5th Alumni Thematic International Exchange Seminar on “Illicit Networks: Preventing and Combatting Trafficking” September 13-16, 2017 in Washington, DC.

For more information and to apply, click below.  Those selected can receive up to $10,000 in funding for local projects.  Anyone who has participated in any State Department exchange program can apply.
