Hawaii Judge Extends Injunction of Trump Ban, ABA Journal, 3/31

I don’t regularly post legal news, but the continuing saga of the Trump Administration travel ban is an important one for those in the international education field.   On Wednesday, Judge Derrick Watson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii converted his temporary restraining order to a preliminary injunction, which means that the order will stay until the case is resolved on its merits (that is, after a trial).
