The New Job for Life: Learning, Washington Post, 10/12/18

This piece by WaPo write Jeffrey Selingo points to the anticipated need for middle-skill jobs – typically prepared for in community colleges – but the lack of focus in training on soft skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and communication.  Many of these aptitudes are conflict resolution related.  Another argument for more conflict resolution education in community college.
