Golden West College’s 12th Annual Peace Conference will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 in Huntington Beach, CA.  This year’s theme is “Peace and the Global Economy: Emerging Issues and Practical Solutions.”  I’ve been honored to work closely with this college over the years.  The conference that is put on is one of a kind, and demonstrates the intersectionality of peace and the global environment.  It also showcases how a community college can contribute to solving our world’s most pressing challenges.  If you are in the SoCA area, please consider attending.
