USIP Event: Finding Common Ground on Africa with China, 4/11, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

If you are following the politics  of the relationship between the U.S. and China, you might be interested in this event.   Increasingly both countries are involved in Africa.  Does that present opportunities for conflict?  This event on 4/11 at USIP might be of interest.
