Cultivating Peace: A Virginia Tech Student Research Symposium on Violence Prevention, Roanoke, VA 4/20-21, Proposal Deadline Extended to 3/13!

The 4th Student Research Symposium, “Cultivating Peace: A Symposium for Violence Prevention,” will be held April 20-21, 2017 at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.  It is being sponsored by the Virginia Tech Center for Peace Studies and Violence Prevention. Graduate and undergraduate students from regional, national, and international colleges are encouraged to submit proposals.  Proposal guidelines are below.

I am pleased to be the keynote speaker.  While at USIP, I had the opportunity to help support the center in its early days after the April 2007 tragedy.
