I was interviewed on WBAL radio in Baltimore yesterday on the an op-ed that I published in the Baltimore Sun on Monday about the pending reduction in humanitarian aid that will likely be proposed by the Trump administration.

A one time lawyer, I spent many years teaching in a community college where I was a Fulbright U.S. Scholar teaching in Estonia.
