2 Important Conferences in DC Coming in May: PeaceCon 5/3-5 & SIDUS, 5/24

In May two important conferences will take place in Washington, DC that support the peacebuilding and development communities. If you are DC based, consider attending one or both.

May 3-5 is PeaceCon sponsored by the Alliance for Peacebuilding. The first day of the conference is at the U.S. Institute of Peace and free. The 2nd and 3rd days are in hybrid format. If you are a peacebuilding professional, this is an important gathering.

May 24 is the annual conference of the Society for International Development – U.S. This is an in person conference and brings together the global development community.
