In honor of Memorial Day, this week’s Featured Peacebuilding Group is the U.S. Army Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute known as PKSOI. Increasing U.S. and foreign military are recognizing the need to incorporate “soft power” approaches based in interagency collaboration to foster peace and stability. The Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute collaboratively develops and integrates peace and stability capabilities across the US government, international organizations, and the community of interest in order to enable the success of peace and stability activities and missions.
