My Commentary: More Than Just Workforce Development, Community College Daily, 5/17/18

My own state of Maryland is the most recent to provide a free pathway for community college students.  I think this is a good thing.  I also think that allowing more Americans to  enroll in community college can help raise global and civic education knowledge.
