Getting to “E Pluribus Unum”: The Need for a National Domestic Exchange Program, Inside Higher Education, 1/5/17

I published this piece today in Inside Higher Education.  I’ve been making this argument that we need a national domestic exchange program in the U.S. at this time of division within the country.  Your thoughts on this are appreciated!
