Facilitation is an approach to large group engagement. Often as a business or community group, there often is a need to organize a meeting or gathering, sometimes over a contentious issue or challenge. A skilled facilitator can make the difference in how the meeting operates. I have over 30+ years’ experience as a facilitator, mediator, and conflict resolution professional.
