This is great advice. I often am working with career changers who are seeking an informational interview or just want one question answered. A brief email is best. I too often get long meandering emails from people that I really have no time to read.

A one time lawyer, I spent many years teaching in a community college where I was a Fulbright U.S. Scholar teaching in Estonia.
